Associates at Edgeview Partners assume rapidly increasing responsibility as key members of transaction teams serving the firm’s clients across a wide variety of industries. Our Associates actively contribute to the overall deal strategy, lead the writing and development of investment memoranda and other materials, participate in deal marketing efforts, coordinate the due diligence process, are responsible for the integrity of valuation analyses and are encouraged to participate in new business development.
