Edgeview Partners’ Analyst Program offers an outstanding opportunity for bright and ambitious individuals who desire an intensive experience in investment banking prior to attending graduate school or pursuing a variety of other careers, including private equity. The primary role of the Analyst is to support multiple transaction teams by preparing financial models, conducting extensive industry research, assisting in the drafting of investment memoranda and deal marketing materials, coordinating due diligence efforts and performing other analytical work. Analysts are integral members of every deal team and are active participants during every phase of a transaction.
